"Your vision becomes clear only when you look into your heart.  Who looks outside - dreams; who looks inside - awakens" - Carl Jung

Meet Michelle

I began volunteering at EVE, Inc. (End Violent Encounters), a non-profit organization aimed at assisting victims of domestic and sexual assault.  This experience motivated me to become an advocate for victims of traumatic events.

As a mentor and later a counseling intern at St. Vincent Catholic Charities (STVCC) I had a unique opportunity to work with youth in their on-site residential facility, children in foster care and parents working towards reuniting with their children.  My time at STVCC increased my compassion and empathy for a sometimes difficult journey though life.

While at the Women's Center of Greater Lansing I worked with individuals, couples and families in crisis. I was able to provide individual and group therapy under the supervision of a fully licensed professional counselor.

For fun I enjoy kayaking, biking and walking the beautiful parks in the area. I enjoy MSU football and basketball. Most of all I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
